Regulation (EU) 2016/679

Privacy & Cookie Policy

Information on the processing of personal data collected through panzini.pro. Last updated: 29 September 2026.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Piergiorgio Panzini, VAT no. 15797081005. You can contact the controller at piergiorgio.panzini@gmail.com.

2. Contact requests

The contact form collects name, work email, company, ecommerce website, role, annual revenue range, stated need and any optional message. The data is used exclusively to assess the request, respond to it and arrange the qualification call and, if relevant, to take steps before entering into a contract.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at the data subject’s request before entering into a contract). The required checkbox records that this notice has been read; it is not consent to marketing. No newsletter or promotional mailing-list subscription takes place.

Data is kept for up to 12 months after the last exchange, unless a contractual relationship begins or a longer period is required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

3. Service providers and recipients

FormSubmit / Devro LABS

Form submissions are transmitted through FormSubmit so they can be delivered by email. According to the provider’s documentation, submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days. See the FormSubmit privacy terms.

Google Gmail

Messages are delivered to a Gmail mailbox operated by Google. Google may process message data as an email service provider under its applicable terms and data-transfer safeguards.

Vercel

The site is hosted by Vercel. Technical request data, such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and requested resources, may be processed to serve and secure the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable website.

4. OpenAI Ads measurement

The OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel is disabled by default and is activated only after choosing “Accept”. When active, it measures page views and successful lead submissions and may use first-party measurement identifiers, including the advertising click reference. The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

You may withdraw or change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings”. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. If you reject measurement, the contact form remains fully usable.

5. Local storage and cookies

The site stores oaiq-consent in the browser to remember whether measurement was accepted or rejected. If measurement is accepted, the OpenAI Pixel may set first-party identifiers such as __oppref and __obref for attribution and event matching. These are not activated before consent.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers must rely on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another safeguard permitted by Chapter V GDPR. Provider policies contain further information about their processing and safeguards.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time. Requests can be sent to piergiorgio.panzini@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

8. Mandatory data and automated decisions

Fields marked as required are necessary to evaluate and answer the request. If they are not provided, the form cannot be submitted. No solely automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects is performed through this website.
