How much revenue is your Klaviyo account leaving on the table?

I review your Klaviyo retention setup and show you where you're missing out on revenue and how to recover it, with clear priorities.

Acquisition keeps getting more expensive. The list you already paid for is underperforming.

You pay every day to bring in new customers. The cost of acquiring a customer rises, CPMs rise, and margins shrink.

You already have a list and customers you paid to acquire. They're generating less revenue than they could. Every month this continues, you leave money on the table.

  • Incomplete, misconfigured or poorly optimized automated flows.
  • Campaigns sent without a clear plan or precise segmentation.
  • A list whose health declines over time, with emails landing in spam more often without anyone noticing.

How I work

From the customers you already have to their next purchase.

I build retention systems on Klaviyo to build customer loyalty and encourage repeat purchases. If we continue with ongoing management, I work on the priorities identified in the audit. Each month, I send you a report with the results and the improvements to prioritize.

01

Data before changes

I check what your account actually shows before suggesting any fixes.

02

Clear reasons for each priority

I weigh the potential impact on sales, the data behind it, and the work required.

03

Direct conversation

We walk through the findings together and I explain my choices.

That's why I always start with the audit.

Klaviyo audit: first, understand what's happening. Then decide.

I review the account and tell you what's blocking sales and what to do. If you want to fix it with me, I deduct the €750 from your first month's fee. If you prefer to do it yourself or with your team, the report and recording are yours to keep.

What I check in your Klaviyo account

01

Account and data

Account settings and the quality of data coming from your store.

02

Automated flows

Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase: when they trigger, who they go to, what they say, and where they overlap.

03

Campaigns

Who you send them to, how often, what they say, and what they generate.

04

Segmentation

How you group your contacts and whether you communicate differently with frequent buyers, one-time buyers, and people who have never bought.

05

List health and deliverability

Whether emails actually reach your customers' inboxes.

06

Gaps and conflicts

What's missing and where flows and campaigns overlap.

The process

How it works

  1. Request

Fill out the form below with basic details about your store.

  2. Qualification call

We hop on a short call: you tell me about your store and we see if I can help. If I can't, I'll tell you before you pay.

  3. Payment

If it makes sense for both of us, you pay €750 and we get started.

  4. Audit

I review the account and deliver the audit within 7 business days of receiving access.

  5. Walkthrough

I present the results on a call and show you what I recommend and why. You get the report and the recording.

Who it's for and who it's not for

I work as a freelancer, not an agency, and I take on a limited number of clients. You talk to me.

It's a fit if

  • You have an established store with consistent sales and you invest in ads to grow.

  • You already use Klaviyo, or you want to switch to it: in that case the audit looks at your current platform and includes the migration plan.

  • You have a list and existing customers that aren't generating as much revenue as they should.

  • You want to understand what's costing you sales every month.

It's not a fit if

  • You're looking for someone to write campaigns on the fly without first assessing the account.

  • You're looking for promises of results or shortcuts.

  • You can't give me access to the data I need.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a Klaviyo audit cost?

My Klaviyo audit costs €750 as a one-time payment, no VAT on top. I review your entire account to tell you what's not working, why it's costing you sales, and how to get it generating revenue again, with clear priorities. You get a written report and the call recording. If you continue with ongoing management, I deduct the €750 from your first month's fee.

I already want ongoing management - do I still need the audit?

Yes. Ongoing management always starts with the audit. Before I change flows, campaigns or segments, I need to see where the account is underperforming and what to improve right away. That way, we start with the changes that matter most. If we continue together, I deduct the €750 audit fee from your first month's fee.

I don't use Klaviyo yet - does the audit make sense?

Yes, it does. I analyze your current email platform: flows, campaigns, segmentation and list health. I tell you what's costing you sales today. You also get a migration plan to Klaviyo. The price is still €750, which I deduct from your first month's fee if I then manage the account.

I have an in-house team - can you train them?

Yes, on request - we can discuss it on the qualification call. The audit is still the first step, because it gives your team clear priorities to focus on and a report to use as a reference during training.

What do you need to run the audit?

I need access to your Klaviyo account (or your current email platform) and, if available, the connected ecommerce data. Then I review your account and data, automated flows, campaigns, segmentation, list health and deliverability, gaps and conflicts.

What if my account is already in good shape?

If your Klaviyo account is already in good shape, I'll tell you directly on the call. That also saves you unnecessary work. The report covers what I checked and any changes I recommend. You also get the call recording to keep or share with your team.

How much of my time does it take?

Very little. You just need to give me access to Klaviyo and join two calls: the qualification call and the walkthrough call. I deliver the audit within 7 business days of receiving access. You don't need to prepare anything special beyond the requested access.

Why a freelance Klaviyo expert instead of an agency?

I've worked with Klaviyo for 7 years and with more than 50 brands. As a freelancer, I work with a limited number of clients. You talk directly to me. I personally analyze the account and remain your point of contact throughout the work. The qualification call lets us both decide whether we're a good fit. If I can't help you, I'll tell you before you pay.
